ChatGPTPromptFactory Public Terms of Service
Welcome to ChatGPTPromptFactory, a powerful tool that provides you with the ability to create unique prompts for ChatGPT, unlocking its full potential for your content creation needs. Before using our product, please read and agree to the following terms of service:
Introduction
These terms of service (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ChatGPTPromptFactory (“we” or “us”) that governs your use of the ChatGPTPromptFactory’s Google Sheet (the “Product”). By using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Product.
License Grant
This Agreement grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product for personal use by a single individual (User) and email address entered during the purchase of the software from ChatGPTPromptFactory or Appsumo. No other legal or private entities are authorized to sell/distribute this Google Sheet apart from ChatGPTPromptFactory.com and Appsumo.com.
Ownership
User acknowledges that ChatGPTPromptFactory is the sole owner of the code provided in the Code.gs file and all intellectual property rights in and to the Product. User agrees that the Code.gs file is the property of ChatGPTPromptFactory and cannot be copied or redistributed in any way without prior written consent from ChatGPTPromptFactory.
Modifications
The user agrees that any modification of the Code.gs file could lead to broken functionality of the Product, and no modifications are allowed except for the following:
a.) Adding titles for the characters
b.) Entering information in Dashboard to perform the action
c.) Detailed tuning of the characters on the respectful pages 1,2,3…
User agrees that no other modifications are allowed.
Tracking
User acknowledges and agrees that ChatGPTPromptFactory uses algorithms and tracking of the Product, including its code, to ensure the Product is being used in accordance with this Agreement. If ChatGPTPromptFactory discovers any illegally redistributed copies of the file licensed to User, legal actions will be taken, including but not limited to, a fine of up to 100,000 USD for illegal use including but not limited to, redistribution, selling, sharing, landing, renting, copying of the Product.
User Data
User acknowledges and agrees that ChatGPTPromptFactory does not have access to any data in User’s Google account, and after copying the file, the file will reside in User’s Google Drive. ChatGPTPromptFactory does not collect or use any data from User’s account.

Termination
User acknowledges and agrees that any breach of this Agreement may result in legal action being taken against the User, including but not limited to, a fine of up to 100,000 USD for illegal use including but not limited to, redistribution, selling, sharing, lending, renting, copying of the Product. Termination of this Agreement shall not be the exclusive remedy for a breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, the country without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in Georgia, the country, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
Agreement to Terms
By using the Product, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Product.
Inappropriate Use
Inappropriate use of the sheet could result in legal action, including fines up to 100,000 USD.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Product is provided on an “as is” basis and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatGPTPromptFactory disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ChatGPTPromptFactory does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements, that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the Product will be corrected. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of the Product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatGPTPromptFactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible property, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, even if ChatGPTPromptFactory has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ChatGPTPromptFactory’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Product.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold ChatGPTPromptFactory harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with User’s use of the Product or breach of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred by User without the prior written consent of ChatGPTPromptFactory. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of ChatGPTPromptFactory to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Refund Policy
